We recognize that access to care, systemic barriers, and other structural issues play a role, but we also know that stigma continues to silence people who need help.
Our mission is simple: Stop waiting for the world to change. Overcome the stigma. We believe the most powerful way to challenge stigma isn't by trying to control other people's attitudes. It's by living unapologetically—by speaking openly and by normalizing therapy, medication, boundaries, and healing.
Our objective is to create high-quality, uniquely designed "conversation starters" that use humor and raw honesty to take power back from labels and shame. To keep advocacy accessible, we reject the industry $25 to $40 price tag. Every shirt in our collection is priced at $18.46. We chose this number intentionally to represent the 18% actively managing depression and the 46% currently going without support. This flat rate applies to all sizes from Small to 3XL, because advocacy shouldn't come with a "size tax" or a barrier to entry. All orders over $50 receive free shipping.
